SEA WALL & THE CATASTROPHIST” presented by River Rep Theater
River Rep presents an evening of acclaimed one-act plays about love and loss, family and fatherhood, memory and mortality.
"Both plays are incredibly well crafted, both actors superbly suited to their roles, and both are so well staged ... It’s like a master class in acting, writing and directing... Catch it while you still can!” -- Jonathan Fox, River Reporter
River Rep Theatre will present an evening of acclaimed monologues, including Simon Stephens’ “exquisite” one-act SEA WALL – a powerful story about fatherhood and family, and about “the hole that grief can blast through a person’s center.” (New York Times), and THE CATASTROPHIST - “a riveting meditation about life and death and the nature of viruses” (WTTW Chicago) – by Lauren Gunderson, “the most produced playwright in America.” (American Theater Magazine)
Unfortunately SEA WALL is cancelled for this weekend. Be sure to come see THE CASTASTROPHIST! Tickets are half-price $15.
